Hello,
I use wiser to manage my heating with electrical radiators, and also shutters and lights ( dimmable and on off)
If I program the the closing of my shutters it work but especially for the sunset the daylight goes on for 20 or 30 minutes. I need to introduce an offset on these special times.( the features is given by competitors)

Maybe the developers live on another planet and as soon as the sun set, it's dark night.
To be more serious, the shutter should close at Nautical dawn

We don't have this product in the UK, so I have no direct knowledge of it. However, I assume the Wiser 'Gateway' can be controlled by Google Home Assistant?
In which case, Google Home allows actions to be performed at some time offset from sunset/sunrise. I do something similar with a Sonoff switch, because their app. can't do it either. In my case, it operates one hour before sunset.

I have the hub, sold in France and some devices like dimmable lights, shutters, heating-actuators, plugs...
For my shutters I would like to program the closing at sunset + 20 minutes in the schedules of wiser app for example.
Because closing the shutters at sunset have to light the rooms, to save some energy it should be nice to wait about 20 minutes.
This is a important enhancement.
who make the most for energy saving?

I'm curious about this. What are the savings you anticipate by doing this? I'm assuming you're using low energy lights, so 20 minutes of extra running per day (at least in a domestic setting) is going to be a very small fraction of a kWh surely?

Hello,
It's not about energy saving but more about confort and efficiency.
This feature needs to be implemented. Day are becoming longer and longer. I don't want to close my shutter and feel like in a bunker when there is 15-30 minutes of natural light outside.
So now, every week i adjust all my schedule to manually add 15-30 minutes to sunset. What a "smart" product !

I hope really a solution in the product box as it available by some competitors Somfy ...

I’ve exactly the same issue and raised it already 1 year ago to the dev team. Usually when you are using the astro data you’ve 2 sets of data :
- Sun set and sun rise
- Dawn and Twilight times
Would be more appropriate to use the second one as it really represent when the sun light is available.
