Hi,
Got a Wiser Hub Gen2 installed a couple of weeks ago in addiiton to 6 TRV's / thermostat and range extender.
One thing i've noticed is that is the boost button is pressed on the controller itself for hot water or heating the app does not update and the trv's don't come online (raditators stay cold)
however if the boost is initiated from the app then all the trv's etc come online and warm up to the required temp.
is this an issue which can be looked into please?

hi @IbnRa ,
Thanks for your post.
The button in front of your HubR 2nd Gen is not a boost button but an Emergency one.
You can use that one in case you don't have a local Wifi connection to start your heating system but pressing that button doesnt lead to open the different iTRV you have in your installation. Only opened radiators valves will heat.
you can find more details in the product user guide below.
