TRV Child lock or turn off heating completely?

Toddler keeps twisting the TRVs to boost heating. Often won't see him do it until i realise its 28oC and and sweating 🥵

Can i turn off the TRV boost system with a child lock?
Or just turn off the heating entirely so the TRV twist no longer makes it kick in?

There is a "Device Lock" under device details in the app. in there you can turn the lock on or off and should prevent tiny fingers playing.
