Recently installed the wiser system, and have gradually added to it. All has worked fine until I added a second room thermostat (to a bedroom) as the TRV is in a corner so not great at accurately reflecting the room temp. This works well in the first room I had this in from the kit.
This new room thermostat is programmed on the app but often randomly turns on that radiator making the set point really high (like 24 when the programe for that time is 18) or indeed the opposite says the set point is 10.5 when the programme says setpoint at that time is 17 for example.
The screen on the room thermostat also randomly turns itself on, or if you press the central button to see temp and set point it sometimes comes on and other times stays blank.
This happens at all sorts of random times though the day or night, like the other night the programme is sat for 12 overnight but room temp was about 20 in whole house but the radiator came on randomly with a set point of 25 waking us up at it got so hot!
I have to keep checking the app for that room as it keeps turning the heating on when it should not be.
Is this a faulty room thermostat or some other issue and is there anything I can do to sort it?

I have 1 room with 2 trv's and a room stat and another room with 1 trv and 1 room stat (big room) both follow the schedules as I have them set. It may be worth as a start point removing each stat and trv from the app and then re-adding them, assuming you haven't tried that already.
If that doesn't work try swapping the 2 room stats both in the rooms and their locations in the app to see if the problem moves to the other room. this would at least let you know if you have a fauly device
