Can someone from Schneider explain why I am being forced to their new app (which isn't as good as the original sense app) and no longer be able to integrate my Home Assistant instance with my Sense appliance so I can monitor my shore and solar power? This is the reason I bought it to begin with. If this is no longer going to work, can I get a refund for the Sense unit I have which no longer fits my needs?

I have same question: why am I forced to use an inferior interface: it is inaccurate, impossible to easily monitor energy use, missing features, connection reliabiity issues. This is not what I paid for and would like a refund.
plus this forum interface is terrible and I doubt anyone will be able to follow issues.

Home Assistant integration is not officially supported by Schneider Electric, thus we are unable to provide support for the customer in that manner.
In case that some integrations will be supported, customers will be informed through our regular marketing channels.
The forum is not supposed to provide personalized assistance on the proper customer system as we don't ask you to share your personalized data.
