Hello everyone,
As a lost new owner of a Wiser Electrical Heating kit, I thought I would try the forums for help.
I'm simply trying to connect 6 electric heaters to the system to manage the whole house when we're away.
I followed all the steps to setup the bridge, the thermostat, and the 6x electrical heaters devices.
None of the above equipment appears on the home page of the Wiser Home app though. The homepage keeps displaying the "your house is empty..." message, and as I result I can't setup any scenario/trigger. Now in the "setting->equipment" menu of the app all my devices are registered and visible.
I'm using the latest app version 6.1 (build 1070), i tried setting up the service from 2 different accounts and 2 different devices (Android 10x and Android 3x).
Any ideas ? 😞

Well actually I opened a chat with the support team on Friday 5:30pm, they couldn't help then but had a tech guy call me on Monday.
My issue was fixed in 5minutes, it was very unclear from the attached documentation that all the devices attached to a thermostat have to be placed in the same "room" in the app then.
I had registered the thermostats as being on the "1st floor" and all my other devices with different "room" names hence nothing was showing up as connected together.
Apparently it's a very common issue that people have because it's badly documented...
Anyway issue fixed !
Thanks for the answers though.
Mike

I think it's possible you have the wrong app...
Are you in the UK?
The Wiser Home app. works with this 'hub' which is primarily a boiler controller, with a limited no. of heating-related zigbee peripherals. It is known and loved as the "HubR" within the app. (The app claims to support some devices (like shutter controllers) that Schneider don't currently sell in the UK).
The Wiser Energy app seems to support this hub (which to me, sounds like a simple Zigbee hub). It seems to be known as The Gateway. There are lots of reference to the "Wiser by SE" app for controlling it (including on this forum ) but I can't find that in the app. store - maybe they renamed it?. (This app doesn't work with the HubR!)

As I stated in my other post you absolutely cannot download just any and often times the most recent version of the Wiser app and expect it to work.
Your best bet for the app is to try and find a QR code on the instructions or device itself.
And quite honestly if that doesn't work your probably better off returning it and looking for another brand.
Schneider support is near non existent for many of their wiser branded products. Bugs and issues with the apps often go unresolved for years if ever fixed or updated to correct known issues.
