Hi all,
Recently moved to a new house with a combi boiler rather than the system boiler with heating+hot water zones at our old house. Rather than fudge using our two-zone Wiser HubR I decided to buy a secondhand one-zone HubR for use with combi boilers - these details might not be relevant but I mention them anyway.
Unfortunately this HubR loses Wifi connection after a while and the only way to reconnect it is by re-inputting the Wifi credentials, but then it appears to have lost all data and I need to add all the devices again and set up all the rooms again, etc.
The only odd thing about this HubR is that when it turns on the setup LED is orange and the heating LED is green, and they stay like that for several minutes, before the HubR goes into first-use mode and I have to connect to the local Wifi AP it has, and do the setup etc. If I turn off the power to the HubR then turn it on again, I get the orange setup and green heating LEDs stuck on again. I can't find this LED combination in any documentation, so is this a sign that the HubR is faulty in some way?
Cheers 🙂

Drayton have asked me to return the unit for investigation so it seems that it's faulty.

Hi Brian,
Thanks, yes this is what I meant when I said I can't find this LED combination in the documentation - that help sheet doesn't show a solid amber setup LED.
Cheers 🙂
