Hopefully someone can help here because I'm totally at a loss.
My HubR is dropping every 6 minutes. It's connected via WiFi with signal of -52. Very little interference on the 2.4Ghz, my scanner doesn't pick up any other SSIDs.
It has a reserved IP via DHCP with a lease timer of 2 hours.
Every 6 minutes, on the dot, it drops out. Continuous ping running and it will lose about 5 pings before reconnecting. It is not disconnecting from the WiFi network.
I have run a packet capture, and can see it stops responding to pings, it initiates 802.1x (why? This isn't configured on my network) and then I see it broadcast a DHCP discover.
It's like it's just dropping its IP address.
I've tried factory reset, I've tried tweaking all kinds of settings on my network. Still I can't get it to stay stable. No other devices on my wireless have any issues like this.
It's a massive shame users don't have the ability to view logs from the device itself.
Is anyone able to offer any advice on this?

Apologies for late reply. I've managed to sort it.
I ran some packet captures and could see every minute the device was sending a ping to 1.1.1.1 and it's local gateway. My firewall blocked any ping/http/https access to the local gateway, so it was failing 5 pings to the local gateway and on the 6th attempt it reset the TCP/IP stack. I opened up ICMP to the Wiser on the firewall and it's been stable ever since.

Hi @Carlnrtn could you please give me your MAc address to check and also raise a support case with your local Wiser customer support? They can help you replace the device if it's faulty.
