Hi all,
I have just installed my wiser hub, following the instructions and, as the title says, my heating, despite the room already being considerably warmer than the set temperature is continuing to fire the radiators (they are boiling). My boiler is a standard combi boiler, nothing clever as far as I can tell/have been told and I figured that was common enough that this system would work.
Now I'm a complete novice, maybe naively thought this was going to be simple so I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions why, in Layman's Terms why it won't shut off. I checked this post out but didn't understand a lot of it: https://community.se.com/t5/Schneider-Electric-Wiser-Forum/Wiser-not-turning-off-boiler-Newbie-quest...
What I should say is that I didn't have a standard backplate. I had one with LLN and ABC inputs (wires in to first L and N and A and B), compared with the Wiser being LN 1234. I checked with ChatGPT that explained the different uses 'normally open, normally closed etc...' and suggested wiring L to L, N to N and then A and B to 1 and 2 respectively.
Anyway, something's not right. Can anyone help as I'm having to switch the boiler off at the mains and only turn it on when we need hot water at the moment.
Thank you in advance

Feel free to ignore this. Looked in to it a little harder and ChatGPT had 'lied' to me. The B wire has to go in to 3 on the new unit. As such, I've solved it.
