A tool to save all the wiser configuration

Today my hub gen2 cannot reach the Schneider servers, I wonder if the hub is out of order.

 

To exchange the hub, I'll have to remake the all commissioning, all the devices, the schedules, the automations all that represent technical risks and a long time.

Such a tool could download the configuration and upload it in a new hub or the same after a factory reset.

Sorry to read that you encounter connection issues with your hub 2nd Gen, i recommend you to contact our local customer support.

Concerning the tool you are talking about, that need is identified and i don't have delivery date to communicate today.

Problème de connexion passerelle Wiser

 

  • Ce problème est arrivé dans la nuit vers 2 heures du matin selon home assistant.

 

  • Wiser home app ne se connecte pas au hub.

A la mise sous tension de la passerelle la led suit le schéma décrit dans la doc mais au lieu de s’allumer en vert fixe elle clignote 30 seconde éteinte et 40 secondes rouge fixe. Ce qui est non renseigner dans la documentation.

 

  • Je peux pinger la passerelle.

 

  • Je ne peux plus passer la passerelle en mode accès direct sur son adresse Wiser_045FDD par l’appui sur le bouton.

 

  • Je tente une connexion de wiser home app via une tablette android et l’application reqable 

 

 ci jointes les connexions wiser home 

  connect https://api-nl.wiser.com:443

  connect http://192.168.8.1:80  (cette adresse est l’adresse par défaut prise en mode configuration de la passerelle)

 

Ces requêtes se répètent toutes les 10 secondes.

 

  • Dans ce cas les différents équipements ne sont plus pilotés, dans la documentation il est stipulé qu’en cas d’absence de connexion internet la passerelle continue de piloter les équipements.

 

  • Mon infrastructure réseau est hors de cause puisqu’ une passerelle V1située à côté fonctionne normalement.

 

  • Ce problème fait l’objet d’un case numéro 116915717 auprès du support Schneider Electric France.

 

 

 

Conclusions :

 Mon installation est complètement hors service.

 Changer la passerelle aujourd’hui revient à faire un autre démarrage complet de toute l’installation car il n’est pas possible de sauvegarder la configuration, donc perte de temps 2 à 3 jours, risque d’erreurs pour retrouver un fonctionnement identique au précédent.

 Je perds tous mes historiques, mes automations, mon gestionnaire d’énergies, les alarmes et notifications…

 

A quand un outil permettant la sauvegarde puis la restauration d’une configuration ? permettant la génération d’un dossier de la configuration ?

Une fonction RAZ usine est aussi nécessaire.

Bonjour,
Après échange de la passerelle défaillante par une nouvelle:
_ les fonctionnalités de base sont OK
_ la fonction confort saisonnier ne fonctionne plus malgré un paramétrage qui me semble correct
_ la fonction Wiser IA de gestion d’énergie est grisée donc plus accessible
_ le gestionnaire d’énergie ne fonctionne plus (pas d’accès au données)
_ les notifications ne fonctionnent plus sur les detections de fenêtre ouverte, sous consommation et surconsommation
_ les automatismes ne fonctionnent plus
_ j’ai des difficultés à me connecter à la passerelle via Wiser Home app, alors que ma seconde passerelle (generation 1) est elle parfaitement accessible.

Cela fait beaucoup de choses de perdues suite à une défaillance de passerelle.
