I want to know if there is an equivalent for the function blocks SETPNTSS (Workbench SCADAPack E Target 5) in SCADAPack x70 Logic (RemoteConnect,)?

In RemoteConnect each object's type may be set quite easily. On the Objects tab, find and open the object of interest. You may then set its Logic Variable Type to any of the listed types. For example, you may wish to set it to T_SPx70_INT
If however you wish to change the object's type in logic there are numerous Type-to-Type function blocks. Within the Logic Editor, open the Help Index. Expand the EF/EFB/DFB Libraries, then expand the Type to Type folder. There are many choices available.
