The new SCADAPac Line and Remote Connect Software

Do not understand why the Ladder section of the Remote Connection software was not built to import the logic of the old SCADAPac line of PLCs. There are thousands of these units in the field, and rebuilding each one from scratch is adding more work to projects Integrators. Please Explain!!!

Thank you for your valid comments about porting Telepace ladders to RemoteConnect. Your concerns were identified a while ago and we have in fact been developing a converter.

I will post a potential delivery date as soon as I find one out.

This Telepace Ladders to RemoteConnect conversion app is going into testing very soon and we expect it to be ready for prime time sometime in the third quarter of this year. So please stay tuned.

Also note however, that no control logic conversion application can guarantee a 100% conversion. Some work will still need to be done within RemoteConnect to validate the final operation.
