RemoteConnect 2.7.6 Logic Editor Won't Launch

* Win 10 physical machine, accessed via RDP.

* Local user is a local machine admin, but "Run As Adminstrator" isn't being used.

* Control Expert 15.1 installed 1st, followed by RemoteConnect.  Install didn't seem to throw any errors.

No matter what I do, when I try to modify objects or ControlExpert logic I get stuck with "Logic Editor is unavailable.  Please reopen the project in Remote Connect" message.  I've closed/re-opened.  Exited & re-launched Remote Connect.  Rebooted.  Nothing's worked.

Very frustrated.  Can anyone help?

I'm not sure of the solution, but a couple of possibilities... 

1) After downloading the RemoteConnect zip package, did you right-click and select "Unblock"? That seems to cause strange issues on install with a lot of applications. If you didn't unblock you might try downloading, unblocking and re-installing.

2) Do you have Control Expert 15.1 or newer installed? RC requires this software to provide Logic Editor functionality.
