Hi,
In the SCADAPack 57x series, a blinking light on analog inputs (that's what those look like) means there is an open circuit / or supply voltage/current is out of range. I assume these 5000 series would be similar - check your field wiring, fuses, power supply. If these I/O modules were replaced recently, make sure they are set to the expected address - look for jumpers or dipswitches - every I/O module has to be unique.
Good luck!

We have many videos on YouTube which can help a new person develop their application. Here in the Remote Operations Community go to the Blog instead of the Forum, and you'll see a post pinned to the top of the list with all our current videos.
If those videos (and comments from other users on here) don't help solve this issue, you may want to contact our global support team and/or arrange to take training on RemoteConnect and the x70 RTUs. To contact support, call 1-888-226-6876 or email them at SupportRO@se.com
