Hello,
I'm sorry to hear of your issue with the installation.
I have moved this post from the Blog section to the forum where it can be handled better and viewed by other community members.
There may be several reasons for your error message. Please reinstall the software and if the issue persists, contact your country's local support group. They can in turn move it to a higher level of support if required.
Regards,
Martin Chartrand

Hello,
Looks like the installer is requesting that you reinstall a component. I would recommend uninstalling the software and any parts of it. Then right click the installation file, and select "Run as Admin". Even if you are admin, Windows does not apply these privileges to installations.
Also, you could try installing the software on another computer. The aim will be to show whether the installation files you have downloaded are ok or corrupted somehow.
Regards

I've also had issues with the Workbench installer if I didn't have the files all local within the destination machine.
Running the installer from a network driver (or a mapped drive from a virtual machine) resulted in the install appearing to work, but issues with the application afterwards.
I'd both copy the files locally (i.e. onto the desktop or a known storage location on the destination machine) and then execute it as Administrator.
