The videos are indeed an excellent resource. A couple of other resources:
1) The Wizards in the radio's Setup pages. At the top of the list of configuration pages you'll see Wizards. Click on that, then at the bottom of the page you'll see a Point to Multipoint via Multiple Repeaters wizard. That one pre-configures many parameters of typical radios in an IP Routing system. You may want to make changes afterwards but it gives you a really good head start.
2) The Trio Q radio user manual has plenty of good information on configuring a system for IP Routing. If you don't have it, you can get it by installing the TView Management Suite software package. That software also includes a very good diagnostic software tool, at no charge. Once the software is installed you just go to Start > Trio Datacom and scroll down to the Q manual.
To acquire TView, go to se.com, click on the Products menu, then select Telemetry & Remote SCADA Systems in the lower-right of the list. On that page, scroll down and select the Licensed radios, then you'll find TView in the Software and Firmware tab.
Also note that the current released version of firmware for the Q radios is on the same page. It's at version 2.5.2 right now. You may want to consider upgrading your radios to the latest version.
