Dear All,
I'm fairly new to this community and I want to know if there is any free orifice plate calculator software available to check my calculations.
Thank you!

Hello @Phil-Runner ,
Until today I hadn't seen any no-cost tools to do this, but I found a couple of useful sites in a Google search. Some of the tools require you to subscribe, some not. Accuracy may vary of course!
These sites give an idea of how the calculation is done, allowing you to populate various inputs:
https://www.maplesoft.com/applications/view.aspx?SID=153999&view=html
https://www.efunda.com/formulae/fluids/calc_orifice_flowmeter.cfm
And this site helps calculate a desirable orifice diameter:
https://instrumentationandcontrol.net/orifice-plate-calculator-size.html
I suspect that you might need to include in your search terms the name of the product you want to measure, to get to a tool that will do the right calculations. eg "gas orifice plate sizing calculator"
