Good afternoon,
I installed Realflo on a SCADApack 470 and have had nothing but issues with access to multiple parts of the flow computer. It can be when I'm trying to read/write configs or even something as simple as attempting to calibrate gives me issues randomly and frequently. It never does the same thing twice. The same thing happens to me whether I'm connected remotely via Modbus TCP or locally with the USB port. See screenshots for some examples, all in the ADMIN account. It took me hours upon hours to finally get the flow computer in service fighting all of these gremlins. Now we can't calibrate. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software. This has also happened to me under both firmware versions 9.734 and 9.75 in Remoteconnect. We tried two different 470s with the same symptoms and we also tried another PC and had the same symptoms.
I called Schneider support and they told me that there was no good reason for this. I'm also waiting on an email reply from support ro. They are asking me to send them the Reaflo files and the RC export. I was just wondering if this is something anyone else has dealt with. I'm hoping its just a glitch between Realflo and RC firmware somehow.
Let me know if you need more information and see attached for photos. Thanks in advance for your time.

The Remote Operations Tech Support team may have good suggestions, so please do stay in touch with them. I've recently had some strange results if I install a software package immediately after downloading. I've been made aware that a new requirement for many software downloads is to Unblock the zip file before going further.
To do this, you right-click on the downloaded installer zip file and select Properties. (see attached screen capture) If you see an "Unblock" check-box at the bottom of the General tab, select it then click Apply. The big concern if you don't do this is that the software installation will usually go ahead, but there will be odd results.

Thanks for the tip! I did that when I first downloaded it but can see how it could cause issues!
