Industrial Device doesn't remember data

I'm having an issue where Schneiders Industrial Device app does not remember the equipment I setup.

I am connecting to an HMI's webviewer via phone using Industrial Device, it works as intended.

However once I disconnect from the equipment I have to reenter the complete setup inorder to access it, again.

Is this a feature? A setting that I am not seeing, or simply just a bug ?

Hello,

Our team (Remote Operations) does not offer or support the "Industrial Device" software app. From a quick search it seems this mobile phone app is meant to work with PacDrive 3 tools for production and packaging machinery. I can't see a suitable forum for those tools & apps unfortunately.
