Unfortunately not.
If your code is ST then you can simply DIFF the appropriate logic files, but I can't remember what they are called from the top of my head, so you'd have to dive into the project folder, make a change to one (but not build) and then see which file got updated.
Once you start getting into LAD / FBD logic, the same can be done, but such DIFFs have a lot less meaning. You won't get a pretty picture from it showing the changes, just all the lines internal to the file that have changed... and a small graphical change often decimates the text content of the files.
