This is a re-posting from the obsoleted (October 2018) "Schneider Electric Telemetry & SCADA" forum.

I am doing some testing for setting up Realfo using analog input for differential pressure, static pressure and temperature. I am currently testing by simulating the analog inputs. So I did the configuration for the flow run by setting the registers 30001, 30002 and 30003 for DP, SP and temperature. I set the scaling and range. Then I go to process I/O and add analog input then assign the three register above. However the registers failed to read so I am not able to read any pressure or temperature hence no flow rate or total values are shown. What am I missing in the this setup that will allow me to get some values in realflo? Do I need to setup these registers in Telepace as well or can it all be done in Realflo?**_

This is really old but I will offer up an answer anyway.
Sounds like you were missing the Register Assignment (can be done in Realflo as well as Telepace or ISAGraf). This connects the analog inputs to registers in the SCADAPack.
In Expert Mode in Realflo the Register Assignment shows up as an option on the left hand side of the project window (similar in Telepace).
If you still have no signal then you might be fighting wiring. Monitor the registers in Telepace. If they are reading raw values as expected then it should work fine. If not then maybe you are wired for current inputs when the jumpers are set to voltage on the SCADAPack (physical jumpers on the SP350 or software selected setting in register assignment for some other modules).
