**_PaulD: G'day, Looking to replace a existing SMS paging modem with a Cybertec SMM-200 and when connected to ClearSCADA having a SMS Pager Channel Error - GSM Modem poll failed. Any ideas? I am able to send SMS via AT commands in Hyperterminal and have the SMS Channel connection settings the same as those successfully usued in Hyperterminal. I am setting ATV1E0 in the modem command. Any help appreacited as I am already using these modems elsewhere and would prefer not to need to stock something different_**

Dakshina: Hello PaulD,
Have you had any luck with the trouble?
I am also trying to use a cybertec 2220 modem with clearscada to send sms and having exactly the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

**_PaulD: Dakshina, I wasn't ablt to get the Cybertec to work as expected so ended up using a Schneider SR02 MOD02 which worked straight out of the box. Apologies for taking so long to reply._**
