Currently not really.
Your best bet if you have a CMPLX/CLX processor is to use ModbusTCP on the PLC to expose this to the SCADAPack x70. Then you can use the ModbusScanner on the x70 to read the data.
There was a topic in the requested improvements for the x70 to include an Ethernet/IP CIP driver, but as far as I'm aware no progress has been made on this from Schneider.
There was a possible option when the x70 were going to be able to have custom C/C++ code deployed on them, it would have allowed for the creation of a custom Ethernet/IP CIP 'driver' (it's not a super complicated protocol). But the current situation is that this won't be available at all for the x70 series, and would only be available in x70i series (which aren't available in the market yet).
