Easy Logic EM6436H shows Comm Err F in DIAG screen

I am trying to connect my EasyLogic EM6436H to ION setup through RS485. But every time ION shows no response and meter Diagnostics screen shows Comm Err F. I google for the error code and found illegal operation may be the meaning of the code. Please help me to establish rs485 communication.

Our team (Remote Operations) does not have any experience with either the ION power meters or EasyLogic devices, so we're not able to support them. I suggest you go to our website se.com and do a Search on ION power meters. Once you're on the ION section of the website, click on the green Chat icon in the lower-right area of the page. That tool should help you communicate with the appropriate team.
