Let's say you'd like to download the latest version of a software package (Realflo for example) from the Exchange SHOP. You log onto the SHOP and search for the software, but once you've found it you're presented with just a Manage Software button instead of a Download button. Clicking on Manage Software doesn't help, either. So what to do ?
There's actually quite an easy way to download software again that you've already purchased, or acquired at no cost, through the Exchange SHOP. Once you've logged in, all you have to do is click on the My Digital Library link at the top of the page. Your Library page shows you all of the software you've purchased. You can then simply click on the software you'd like to download. Take a look at the images below...
