Hello, I'm trying to turn a 4202 RTU from a single run meter to a 2 run meter, I'm using a 4102 (no display RTU) for the second run. I can hook up to the comm port of the 4102 and use Configurator 4000 to find the meter and see it's comm configuration. I'm wiring the two RTU's together from the comm port of the 4102 to a comm port on the 4202. Using Realflo I can read the configuration of the 4202 but when I try to read the 4102 I get a no response. I'm shooting from the hit here as I have never tried to do this before. Does anyone have any information on what I am doing wrong? Is it a comm setting issue or something more specific that I am missing?
Thanks

Hi Derek,
Pretty difficult to guess what's not working for you, as there are many possibilities. I've attached an older version of the Realflo training manual that includes the steps to get talking to a 4102 MMT (Modbus multi-variable transmitter). Please work through this material. After that if you're still having trouble, I suggest you contact our Tech Support team.
