The T4c and T4e RTU's have internal monitoring points for a range of cellular network conditions and events, using GeoSCADA you can trend these to understand how the cellular network characteristics change over time.
The above tend shows the signal strength over time, so its quite easy to see changes to the cellular network.
This network information gathering can be simply configured via the T4 WITS extensions or via the T4eCFGW tool to activate the functionality.
The built-in webserver also displays snapshots of this information for diagnostics.
