Update User Alarm description in PSL file

Micom P642 Transformer Protection Relay.

The technical manual says to update the User alarm names in the Settings file (.set). I have done this, but when I attempt to import this into the PSL file, the User Alarm descriptions do not update. Our existing configurations have the incorrect User Alarm descriptions.

Are there any additional steps that are required to update the User Alarm Descriptions in the PSL file for Micom Relays?
