Rules for MiCOM P740 Busbar protection

MiCOM P740 busbar protection solution (made of P741 and either P742s and/or P743s) requires very specific knowledge to be proposed to any customer, and only P740 spares relays can be sold without tender; therefore, the rules listed in the attached document apply:

Yes , The rules apply to internal and external. Only approve BusBar competency centres are authorised to engineer the distributed P740 Busbar solution.

The centralised version, P746,, is very different and there is no such restriction

P740 Topology tools are not the only thing to know to engineer a P740.

Please find attached How to become a P740 competency Center, which is what is required to be.
