Hi Team,
I am facing this issue in T300 recently that I couldn't make local/remote operation of breaker open/close commands. It was working fine, but after sometime (No firmware update, no configuration update) it automatically not works.
I have totally 7 feeders controlling by 7 "SC150" and getting this issue only in 3 feeders(SC01,SC02,SC07). Remaining 4 feeders, I can locally close/open. And unable to do the same in these 3 feeders.
I can see "Main switchgear control failure" as "fault" in those 3 feeders only.
Kindly help me on this. Thanks in advance.

From the screenshot it is clear that SC01 and SC02 received the commands and detected that the switch failed to operate. Look at the system logs from the SCs to check if there are additional messages before the timeout.
Different behaviour from different actuators can occur if the battery or power supply voltage is low.

Hello Sasi123,
1. When you have a control failure, you can check the reason of the failure (different numbers) in the event list: what do you have for these 3 modules? Please provide the event log.
2. Have you sent a request to global tech support ( global-na-tech-support@schneider-electric.com)? If not, please do so and add the event log.
Thank you
