LC2D40AP7 source inverter (2 LC1D40AP7

Hello everyone
I come to you because I have a problem with a source inverter that has been working for 2 years and for 2 days I have a problem.

Indeed I have in my possession a source inverter model
TeSys Deca LC2D40AP7 power contactors
which works for 2 different sources in 230 volts
one input on the right is used for the arrival of the 230 volt network and the other on the left to trigger the 230 volts of the solar inverter (victron multiplus) and for 2 days after the arrival of the 230 volts on the contactor there is no voltage and returns to the network
is it possible to replace one of the 2 contactors that were sold together?
the 2 identical contactors are the LC1D40AP7 models (40A)
apparently between the 2 contactors there is a mechanical connection I think that we should be able to remove this connection and change the contactor?
could you help me?

thank you

laurent

ps: is it possible that it is the auxiliary contactor coil that no longer works?

Hello,

Yes it is possible but we don t recommend it, as we faced some customer issues in the past, regarding the Mechanical interlock in between the 2 contactors which wasnot well placed and after this, the inverter didn t work properly.  If you decide to chage only 1 CT, please, pay extrem attention to position properly the interlock and if possible test the assembling before real operation, to sure it works well and safely!!
