PowerLogic T300 - Internal LAN communications issue300

Hi team,

I am facing an issue on a T300 installed a year ago and that has been operating since.

Case 1: the T300 is operating and HU250 appears ON indicator yellow lamp, loss Local/Remote of SC150. We activated by plug out Battery and plug in again for restart T300. T300 normal operate.

Case 2: T300 operating and HU250 appear ON indicator yellow lamp, communication lamp flash ( or sometime). We performed a same case 1 for restart T300 and T300 back to normal operate.

Hello, 

The version HU250 2.8.4-1635 has a known issue that could have impacts on the LAN or Serial communications and corresponds to the observed symptoms.

Please update at least to 2.8.4-1679 (T300_2.8.0), or even better to the latest release (2.8.1)

I seem to remember having similar issues on site that were resolved by upgrading the T300 firmware (HU and SC150) to the latest version (2.8.4)
