Hi,
I was trying to setup communication between CitectSCADA and Easergy T300 and modifying the RTU DNP3 slave settings a few times, and then suddenly I could not establish connection anymore from the Easergy Builder. I tried to login to the web page, none of the username worked. I had tried all the usernames from Installer to SecurityAdmin but to no avail (bad username and password)
Does anyone know why this happen and how do I login again to the RTU?
Note: I haven't tried to access the T300 again since then because it's located in customer's workshop.

Hi,
The issue you mention has been reported in 2016 on Easergy T300 old firmware versions up to V1.2.1, and was solved with the launch of V1.2.2 firmware in Feb 2017 (which means this T300 unit has not been updated for almost 4 years!).
As a reminder, every year we launch a new Easergy T300 firmware version to provide new features and to answer cybersecurity evolving requirements: in Q2/2020, we launched V2.7.1 which is a signed firmware (see release note to find more details) and we recommend that all T300 units are updated with this version.
Now regarding the specific issue, please contact global-na-tech-support@schneider-electric.com to see what to do (you will need to recover the equipment from the customer and perform the operation in a Schneider Electric facility).
Regards,
