Easergy Studio V9.3.8
Hi et All,
Could you please provide support in troubleshooting the problem with the Easergy Studio V9.3.8 software. After successful installation of the software, the PC was rebooted as stated in the instructions. After installing the Micom P123 and P127 models from the Data Model Manager, we launched the Easergy Studio software, which displayed the message ("Not a valid password"), see attachment, and the installed P123/P127 models are not displayed, that is, the library is empty. Please tell me how to fix this problem so that the software works correctly?
Note: we tried to reinstall the Easergy Studio V9.3.8 software several times, but the problem was not resolved.
It appears there may be an issue with the installation, as the password functionality is initially disabled
Kindly uninstall the currently installed Easergy Studio application, ensuring that all data models and project files are retained. Again, reinstall the software using the installer file stored locally on the PC (not from a, cloud storage or pen drive). Ensure that the installation file is executed with administrative privileges (Run as Administrator), and select English as the installation language.
