Easergy P3G32: Event list code E13, DI7 ON
We had shutdonw on our Generator and earliest alarm in Easergy event list says "Event LIST code: E13 DI7" on 2024-02-29 14:22:44:416. We checked and don't have DI7 in our drawings! Please what is E13 and where do we see the meaning of the event codes?

00E13 means "DI7 on", while 00E14 means "DI7 off". Actually in P3 relay, we give event code and corresponding description together in the event log, there is no other special meaning of 00E13, it just means "DI7 on", for other examples, as shown in below picture from my relay, 00E43 means "Disturbance record.deleted" and 00E50 means "Device restart" and so on.
For you question, why DI7 is on after relay restart, even there is no connection to DI7, if you are very sure that there is no any wire connection to DI7 terminal block, so there is another possible reason is that in Digital input configuration, the polarity of DI7 is "NC", so every restart of P3 relay will initiate a event of 00E13 "DI7 on".
If any further question, also can try to raise a ticket in our Schneider technical support link,
https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/support/country-selector/contact-us.jsp
And the new/latest configuration file including event logs and a wire connection drawing of P3 are necessary for further analysis.
Hope this can help.
