Driver not installing for Easergy Studio.

I have a customer that is trying to connect to the P116 relay but the usb driver is not installing.  The customer has Easergy Studio 9.2.  Where is the driver located so I can try to manually install the driver?

Are you using any USB adaptor? 

Usually Easergy Studio doesn't install drivers. Please give me more information like MiCOM P116 cortec, windows version, type of connection, etc.

That is what I thought.  I just wanted to be 100% sure.  The customer was finally able to get it working with his IT group.

I just wanted to verify that Easergy Studio didn't have a USB driver for P116 relays hidden somewhere.  It was just a direct usb connection form his laptop (Windows 7) to the P116.

The fix was to uninstall Easergy Studio completely and re-install.  Then the driver was installed for the customer.
