Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I’m currently facing an issue with an SC150 module that appears to be stuck in a "close" state, even though it's not connected to any equipment that shows its status. I would really appreciate your insights or suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
I’ve already attempted to update the firmware, but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation, or does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help!

@med I think its issue with SC150 module itself, I would contact the country quality team, they may help with the replacement.
By the way what is the voltage source to power up the SC150 module. are you using PS50 or something else.
