When I try to archive a certain period of time of the database ION_Data using Database Manager.
(Management Console >Tools > Database Manager)
The following error is returned: " An error occurred while executing SqlPackage. Could not deploy package. Unable to connect to master or target server 'ION_Data_Archive22_11_14_9_16'. You must have a user with the same password in master or target server 'ION_Data_Archive22_11_14_9_16' "
The Windows User is already a member of the Sysadmin server role.
How could I solve this situation?

Some extra pictures about this issue are illustrated below.
As well as the services are running. The Database manager was run how "administrator", this user has a sysadmin role.
The database is normally accessed by SSMS.
Despite the error shown, it doesn't seem like a problem of access to SQL.

Hello @Mariana17 ,
The error message suggests that when Database manager runs though it's steps some how the database name is getting substituted for the SQL server name or server name is not getting prepended to the connection string.
Strongly recommend you try contacting technical support (se.com -> support -> contact technical support) to start a case to troubleshoot this.
Please note PME 8.2 is old and has limited support.
Regards,
Charles
