Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest a solution that I am seeing when trying to connect to a PM5563 meter?
I tried to connect to the meter using the default IP, but was not successful. I then tried to change the IP address on the front panel display, but noticed that the current IP and Subnet were sort of "grayed out" with exclamation points either side of the address text (see attached image). I was able to edit these and the meter saved them, but I cannot connect to the new IP address either.
Anyone any suggestions as to what might be causing the issue? The "grayed out" address are odd.
Regards,
Brian

Hello @BrianW ,
Would strongly suggest you contact you local technical support (se.com -> support -> contact support) to start a case to troubleshoot this.
Regards,
Charles

Once you’re connected to the meter and your laptop is in the same network settings you will need to power cycle the meter leaving it connected to your laptop. If you notice both lights on solid on the meters port you will need to start a case with tech support
