Anyone else with burnt-out LCD displays on SQUARE D ION 8600 PowerLogic Multifunction Watthour Meters?

We have about 100, all burnt-out

Hello @DrG ,

Please reach out to your local Schneider sales team to see if factory is able to perform any repair. ION8600 meters have not been sold for a while now and repair options may be limited. If repair is not an option, sales channel would be best option to discuss other options.

Yes we have a display kit available for the 8600 but caveat is that the firmware will need to be updated on the meter also for it to work. Sometimes hard if you don't know the ethernet address of the meter and more difficult if you don't have ethernet port on that meter!
