Hi,
Trying to add a meter (Rayleigh Instruments RI-D460) to PME system but this type of meter does not appear in drop down selections, can this still be added or would I need to change meters for PME compatible?
Thanks
Chris

Hello @Chris_McVey ,
PME has a program called Device Type Editor (and device type installer). The editor is where you can build what the modbus mapping for the device would be. Modbus register XXX is for measurement YYYY, has ZZZ format, AAA/BBB/CCC scaling/ multiplier /offset.
This would create a .ion and .xml file. Once the files are created, you can use the Device Type Insatller to add the device driver to PME so device type can be selected in Mangement console. Can refer to Device type Editor (DTE) in PME's system guide.
Regards,
Charles
