reboot via front panel menu

Our PDU gui has crashed and so needs a reboot, ofc the web menu to reboot is not available.

Is the front panel menu option 

RFCode > RFCode-Console -Disabled - Press "Select" WILL REBOOT

the same as "Reboot Management Interface" ?
