Above is the error message I got when I tried to launch the Ecodial software on my personal laptop

Kindly please share with us some more information; about this ERROR.

For example;

The "screen snap, and the system information" are required to do the further analysis.

Same issue.

Need to enable .net framework 3.5 on windows 10 and then it works great !

Hola tenes que instalar una versión más vieja, por ejemplo el Ecodial 4.4, esa te instala los net de windows que te hacen falta y despues instalas la útlima Ecoetructure 4.9.7 y ya te va a funcionar y podes borrar la 4.4 sin problemas.
