@smarie , it's a internal network issue. Try watching the video without using Schneider network. Support team is working on solving this issue.

Hi @Panel_Rhone_Alp ,

This offer is not only a software offer, but a service enabled by a software hosted in Schneider cloud. The other key element for the service is a team working on remote, we used to call them Service Bureau and recently named as Connected Services Hub.

Main misssion of that team is to provide you the recomendations to take actions around early symptom of failures, or other upcoming issues to address. You an contact them upon reeption of the sytem notifications, and in some critical cases they contact you proactively. In case of Predicitive offer level they will also provide timely reports about condition of your equipment under assesment.

In cae of required, they could also facilitate some fast track to Schneider Electric local Services team, at your country, in case you need and on-demand intervention by our Field Services representatives.

How I can add SMD configuration to Com'X 210 for EcoStruxure Asset Advisor?

I could not find related device type in Com'x device type library.

Is there any custom device drivers about thermal monitoring?

Hi Caglar,

The good news are you can add SMD signals to Asset Advisor, but it is complex. 

Most of the data extractions from Com'X to Asset Advisor are based on custom models, that are not recorded into device type "native" library. In case of SMD we also leverage another functionality called Custome Events,, to push alarms.

Configuration cannot be explained in few words, and I do not master then.

I recommend you to contact IoT Engineers team (Gil Faudel or Jeff Givens) reporting under Digital Services Execution team, for them to guide you through the process.
