Hi all
I have run into an issue. I've been trying to commission the gateway LV434002 with EPC version 2.35.0. The software was not able to run firmware update on this device, so I decided to try install an older version via an exe-file I had on my computer.
Now when I try to run the application (EPC) I get the message "Not able to launch the Electron Application".
Next I tried uninstalling the software from the add/remove in windows. It will not allow me to do this. I get the messaging box posted in attachements. It's in norwegian and can be translated to something like: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to the folder containing the installation package EcoStruxure Power Commission.msi in the box below."
I am able to find the .msi file in: C:\Users\vjaat\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX1, but I get another message box saying: "The file C:\Users\vjaat\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX1\EcoStruxure Power Commission.msi is an invalid installation package for the product EcoStruxure Power Commission. Try to locate the installation package in a folder you can install EcoStruxure Power Commission from."
I did a search on my drive for this .msi file without any other results. I also looked in the Ecoreach folder, which is a folder that contains installation files for EPC.
I also tried using the ecoreach uninstaller, with no prevail. It simply says: "Registry entry not found"
Does anyone have suggestions to how I can proceed from here? Right now I can neither use the software nor uninstall it.
Edit: if I try to run the installer again I get the following:

Hi @v.jaatun ,
Please update the EPC version to 2.36 using SESU ( Software updates) or manually launching the exe file.
Because of missing files, you are facing this issue.
Updating to EPC 2.36 should replace all the missing files.
