Hi @Ray_Chang_EPEC ,
Wish you are very well.
It seems that from version V2.33 the "Schedule Manufacturer Maintenance within three months" is not configurable anymore, it only accepts enable. This was the answer of Expert Technical Support of EPC for a similar case we had.
Sorry.
Best Regards,
Neide

Hi @NeiB
Thanks for the reply.
Just wnat to make sure. Cause this three month is not on our control when to start. (I think it's count on oprate time from MTZ itself) So we have to make sure customer understand that every three month MTZ will alarm for maintainance. And it's not able to disable. Can you help on clarify this? Thanks

The name of the alarm is "Schedule Manufacturer Maintenance within three months."
Manufacturer maintenance alarm triggered based on the configuration of "Environmental condition" & "application criticality."
After the said 5 years/3 years/2 years, user has to complete the "Schedule Manufacturer Maintenance within three months
