Dear Schneider Community,
During the changeover procedure from Normal source to Replacement source and vice versa we randomly encounter FAULT indications due to TRIP issues by any of the attached NSX series circuit breakers. The specific low voltage panel consists of two permanently energized circuit breakers NSX630 (Normal Source) and NSX100 (Replacement Source, supplied by Diesel Generator in case of emergency) and the Transferpact UA Controller which is responsible for the automatic changeover of the power supply source.
Just to clarify that the FAULT indications are not constant but totally random. Sometimes we face this issue during Normal to Replacement source changeover, some other times during the opposite procedure.
Attached you will find the UA controller time settings that have been set as well as the current settings for each circuit breaker.
Any ideas are highly appreciated. In case you need more information, let me know to feed it back.
Regards,

Hi,
To clarify, you mention TRIP events : is the breaker really tripped or is it a wrong status sensed by the controller ?
Is the controller just "stopping" in both OFF positions, or trying to close and fail ?
Could you please, if possible, post a video of the issue (you can send me the link as a private message if needed) ?
Thanks,
Christian
