Power Comission Tool - Error in new project

I'm having trouble creating a new project. The program displays the image below. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Ps: I've already try to unninstall and reinstall the software with the last update.

Hello

You have to contact your local Schneider Customer Care Center to explain your issue and prepare the log files of the software

You could find it in the home page, below the Information menu : "Download logs" (see the screen shoit attached)

We need to know which Windows version you used with EcoStuxure Power Commission ?
