I am looking for a 50 A protection for an 800 V electrical installation, I understand that the "ComPacT NSX400K" gamma works with the same voltage that I need, however the current is too high for my application. On the other hand the normal "ComPacT NSX" gamma offers solutions that fit the current I need but the voltage I'm not sure.
Could the protections of the ComPacT NSX gamma be used knowing that the nominal operating voltage is 690 V, and the nominal insulation voltage is 800 V?
Could the ComPacT NSX gamma protections be used if the electrical installation was 750V (without exceeding the rated insulation voltage)?

hello @Reynaldo,
Unfortunately, impossible to answer to your request with our products because minimum setting of NSK 400K is 63A for thermal protection with the 250A trip unit version.
Maybe it's a limited impact if you dimension your cable for 63 A load even if your max load wil be 50A.
Did you need just one product or is it some think you want integrate on a solution with an important volume?
You can contact me by private message to discuss about it.
Best regards
Gregoire Brun
