QR Scanner Not Picking Up QR Label On NSX MCCB

Good afternoon all,

Has anyone had issues with the QR code label not being picked up on a scanner when adding devices on EPC? It seems as though we have no issue when the C2 devices (400/63A) are scanned in but we cannot get the C1 (100/250A) devices to pick up on the scanner. There is a difference in that the labels on the larger units have black on white background but the smaller units have white on a black background. Maybe this is causing the issue?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. It is relating to the C1 frame size NSX MCCB's. However, since you have started recently to put the QR sticker (black on white background) on the front of the trip unit cover the QR reader can now pick up the information.
